.JJKN short update for 15.06.2005
First of all please forgive me for any translation mistakes in this update. Being an Indian I am ashamed to admit that my Hindi knowledge is only average, a fact which I am trying to remedy soon. This update is dedicated to our friend Lashforever who quite generously took over the task when people hailing from India refused to acknowledge Rumi's request.
So here it goes:-
Yesterday we stopped at a deeply hurt and devastated Arman.
And today so many things happened. Papa Puru is back with a bang, Nandu got a girl friend, Mallika is back in action and Bluelotus is writing an update to a Hindi serial.(Did the Sun rise in the west today?😉)
Arman:-
Arman is sitting in his car with the mobile in his hand. He is wearing that Fanta orange shirt. It rings. He picks it up and it is Puru. He is very happy. Puru says he came for the engagement. Then Arman tells him that the Walia family is at Amritsar. Puru says that all of us will go there, what is so great about it? Arman is so happy. Puru asks him to come home fast. (Papa Puru, I love You for being with my Arman🤗)While Puru is talking over phone, Ila and Angel listen. They are telling so many mean comments about Jassi's family status and Puru is quite unhappy about it. He says we will go to Amritsar and that is final.
Purab's office:-
He is giving four of his managers, instructions regarding the bridal collection launch. Mr. Roy is among them (Our Mallu vampire's friend😡).
Meanwhile Jassi and family reach the station. They are seen passing through wheat fields in a horse cart to Billu's sister's home. There is a song playing.
Billu's sister's house:-
It is a farm house, a typical village home. People there are quite innocent and simple. Walia family get a warm welcome. They couldn't recognise Jassi. All of them are quite stunned at her changed face.
Jassi's cousin teases Nandu and Nandu gets very angry ad Bebe comes to the rescue. Meanwhile Billu goes to make a call. Jassi looks on with a very sad expression.
Billu calls and it is Puru who picks up the phone at Suri home. In his usual barking tone, Billu asks for Arman. He is quite happy when he finds out that it is Puru. Puru tells him that he, Arman, Ila and Angel are coming to Amritsar for the engagement. Billu is so happy he promises to call back.
Billu comes back and announces the news to all. Jassi is very happy.
Mallika's place.
Mallika is bribing Mr. Roy, Purab's manager. When she offers two lakh Rupees, the fellow refuses telling that it is too risky to do that work. Ultimately she offers four lakhs and the man agrees to do her dirty work. (From where does she get all these money? She spends quite a fortune for bribing people.)
Jassi's Bua's house:-
People are all running around here and there to prepare for Arman's visit. (Rightly so. Arman the Prince charming deserves it) Nandu is showing an Album of Arman, Gulmohar and Arman's house. Every body is joking and teasing each other. One girl comes with a big pot and cupid strike our Nandu Bandu. (He said beauty in a very cute way). The girl also is attracted to Nandu. (But Pari was more entertaing)
Walia house:-
Purab's car comes to a stop at Walia gate. He is quite stunned at the locked house. (Or so I assumed from his frown) He is typing a message to Jassi in his mobile regarding the launch.
Arman's house:-
Angel picks up the phone. It was Billu. He asks for Puru. Angel tells he is not at home. If there is any message, she will give. Billu tells it is to know about their arrival plan at Rlystn, sorry Airport so that they can arrange somebody to receive them. Angel laughs at him and tells him that there is a mistake and no body is coming anywhere. She cuts the line. Puru is standing there hearing this and he is quite angry and scolds Angel.
While coming to the room, Arman overhears this and he is quite stunned. (Poor baby)
Jassi's Bua's house:-
Jassi's cousin's are teasing her and enjoying themselves. Jassi is thinking about the differences between Arman's and her's family and she is quite sad. Billu comes and announces that Suris are not coming. Every body is shocked.
Billu stands in a corner of the farm house quite sad and Bebe comes and comforts him.
Jassi is sitting quite sad and thinks about Arman and tells she has absolute trust in his love. (We all have it baby, we all have)
Purab's office:-
So this is mallika's plan. Purab's manager is editing Jassi's pictures by joining her face to some dirty girls bodies with minimum dresses etc. Mallika is watching and appreciating.
Jassi's Bua's house:-
Nandu is enjoying the night view from the terrace. The girl comes there to take some clothes and…..he wants to go down but thinks prudently to wait till morning.
Jassi lies in her cot sleepless and praying.
Golden temple:-
A song is played in the back ground. Jassi and family are offering prayers. When Jassi bends down to offer prayers and when she gets up Arman is sitting next to her. He says,' Sat Sri Akal' loudly and Jassi turns in surprise. They look at each other for a long time.
Preview for tomorrow:-
Arman and Jassi's family are going back in the horse cart. Bebe asks him whether he came alone.
Purab is announcing the launch of his Bridal collections.
