Sex & SRK?... Konkona sells too!

Everyone has a forte. Okay, to simplify it the filmi way, let's call it the 'selling point' of a star. For some, it's a million-dollar face; for others it's a so-so face graced with some talent. Then there are some who ride on their high quotient of sensuality and oomph. And there are a few who take leaps, using the star-studded family ladder. There is one last category – those who thrive on their own sheer talent in the art of acting. One such stellar person is actress Konkona Sen Sharma. Her recent critical acclaim with 'Amu' and 'Page 3' have won her the title of the 'Queen of realistic cinema'. And we won't be surprised to see that almost any filmmaker with a hard-hitting, realistic story in mind has Konkona's name scribbled alongside that of the lead character. For all those lovely ladies who think sex (apart from Shah Rukh) sells...perhaps they should ponder a wee bit harder to discover how Konkona sells, and so well!
