@choco the idea of having a girl needs to sink in Arjun. His past is not allowing him for that. That his father fell for his step mother.

He needs to know you can have a equitable relation in a marriage. You can have one, but then as time goes or situation demands it is not bad to fall in love second time. Arjun's maa was not there so his papa married second time as he needed a companion.

While Maya's father is keeping a mistress while his wife is alive.

Ashwin is creep of first order..I hate such type of men who use women as ATM machines...But there is wrong from Jhavis side also...after being cheated by him, she is easily manipulated by him nd even gets ready to go along with him...Alas, thats how vulnerable women wil be once broken!!!I hope to see a strong Maya infront of Ashwin...She seems to be boxer(may not be a prpfessional), one day she should punch Ashwin like that..that day wil be d most celebrated one!!!

@ajay both Ashwin and Jhanvi are responsible for the mess of Maya's life. Jhanvi has to let go of that man and learn to live her life without him. Many woman cant. They don't understand suffering domestic abuse can impact the next generation badly

Lovely line it was Shruthi ...yes symbolic as well. He had come asking for 5 L and once denied comes in the avathar he haunts Maya in demanding money...the sight of him terrifies her and Mahalakshmi is seen running away from him...Arjun by threatening Ashwin puts him in his place...Ashwin has no right to demand and exploit others...

Agreed Shruthi...he has become a parasite as the 3 women have let him be what he is. Maya by becoming so petrified by the sight of him has again allowed him to manipulate her. Even a window one opens can allow the fresh light to alter life ...by clamming up Maya is withdrawing deeper into the shell shutting out the light...Arjun as you mention symbolises hope and light
