I am not able to get this question out of my mind.

What would have happened if Sarla maa had revealed the truth to Abhi in Friday's episode?

Would Abhi really would have got stress attack?

Yes but after that he'll b ok wish she told him .

If he didn't have a stress attack due to memories being triggered, would he even have believed her? Just imagining in Abhi's position suddenly being told "oh she's your wife, we just didn't bother telling you," hard to take seriously. But I like to think maybe he would have believed her and taken responsibility to untangle the situation somewhat.

I guess he would have gotten a stress attack. So they'll go the hospital, he'll take his pills, and then deal with reality. I wish she told him the truth. Taaliya would be arrested and he won't bail them out. That's too good to be true, so no one tells him the truth.

He would have definitely got a stress attack at that point of time because he was already so much stressed. He can be told that Pragya is his wife when he is in a light mood with no such heavy tensions.

He might have not believed maa at once but he would definitely try to ask his family & Pragya.

Yes but who knows even if Abhi would develop feeling for Pragya Taaliya would definitely create misunderstanding between AbhiGya.
