nixkhikant malhoutra-he has a small dukaan..(shop) and has 2 daughter and a son who is not his own but his elder brother and he loves him more as he was th kandan's vaaris and more than it his parents were not alive..a nd he also loves them equally..

bani malhoutra (played by prachi desai)-eldest daughter of nixi and kriran and very responsible and more innocent and very much sensitive and always thinks fo other first and can do anything for her family.. and a village girl.. studied upto 8^th only..

arjun(played by karan grover of sarrthi)-the brother and lovable kid of them and studyign in Mumbai and loves his sister and cha-chachi a lot and respects them a lot as when he lost his parents .. thye were the one who came forward and took him and treated him as their won son.. and loves bani a lot.. and always protects her sister..

rano malhoutra-youngest on their family and studying in delhi.. and loves her family a lot

pia khanna -who want jai to be a life partner.. and her dad is a close frined

Jai and his mom where in the train coming to the place near chandigarh a small town we can a village..jai and his was sitting in the train and he ask mom kab ayega ur place?why it is taking soo long ?isliye I told u mom that we will come to chandigarh by flight and then we would have gone by car mom.. by now we would have reached .. he was like jai.. I wantedly brought u in train so that u can use the trip as a useful fun and sees the outside .. kitna accha hai is this journey.. u know what ?before ur birth I came in this train only to my place and when I first came to mumbai I came by only train and that was my one of the best journey in my life.. ..i want u too have the same feel and the village air touch.. the smell of the village .. the India which has the other look a different look form city life /..

krishna was very happy to be back in her place after so many long yrs.. . jai was having fun on their sisters' talk.. soon they reach the home and e was taken in and some people where there to welcome thme.. .. soon they have their dinner.. as it was night.. and jai was sleeping in his massi's lap and she was talking to Krishna caressing jai's head.. saying bachban munna aise hii karta ta.. bus ab tumhari shaadi hojay..

on the name of shaaid jai face goes pale .. Krishna senses it and says haan dii aap hii ek acchi sii ladki doon lijiye.. .. and says dii wo sab chodiye.. muje ye batayiye.. us ghar mien wahi joo kiran ka hai whan ko function hai kya? They says bachpan mein tune jo harkat bani ke saath ki ..and laughs he was like bachpan mein? Krishna sasy haan beta as we all came hree for ur nani's death and u.. .. tune ..he was like meine kya kiya?

Massi says bani sirf 3 or 3 and 1/2 ki aur tum usse bada.. I think 8 saal ka ta jab ek din subh subh bani en flower dene ayi thi.. aur tum apni chai pee raha tha tab..

Flashback :

Jai was sitting in the chair and moving his leg to and fro ,drinking his morning chai and suddenly stop and sees the door ..he sees a small girl who was wearing a tradional pujabi suit she was not soo big she was just 3-4 yrs .she was having her pallu over her head.. and was having a small basket in her hand with flowers and was looking inside the house to find some one and look around he sees her and tries to see her full face nope.. and then..

he get down and places the chai cup and come to see her.. she slowly says koi hai.. in a small kiddy voice small soft and sweet it was .. he slowly come and and realizes she was the same girl sitting with her momm in the condolence and was clinging to her.. before some days…. He sasy heloo on seeing him she bends down and get shy.. he sasy hey what is ur name// u look soo beautiful.. and kisses her saying u r soo cute.. ,

she gets shocked and her pallu falls and she starts to cry.. 😭holding the basket and rubbing her eyes while crying with her tiny hand.. jai was like are why r u crying??????? Mein to sirf.. meanwhile Krishna comes out asking kya ho raha hain a nd sees abni crying and was like beta aap roh kyun rahe hain?and goes tobani and knell and hugs bani and caress her back hugging her and sees jai and he was like making a face which says meine kuch nahi kiya.. and

Krishna says beta rohhvo mat.. and wipes her trears.. realesing her hug.. and sasy aap nahi rona.. kissi ne aapse kuch kaha?she nodes no.. too ksisne ya phir jai ne kuch kiya she nodes yes.. she turns to jai and ask jai tune kya kiya ..he was like mom I dint do anything I just said she looks beautifull and kissed her ..

Krishna was like jai.. ye tune.. ..he sasy mom she was looking like a sweet doll isliye.. mom.. she was like jai.. tum bhi na.. he sasy mom it was a friendly kis.. and Krishna was comforting bani.. she says beta.. jai to bus dosti mein mein kiss kardi… she says maa kehthi hai ki.. koi ladka kisi ladki ko puppy deen ka mathlab hai wo uska pati hai ..aur koi kisi ko shaadi se pehle puppy nahi deni chahiye ..wo galt hai.. and cries more….

Krishna was like oh my god ye jai bhi na.. wahi kiya joo 20 + saal pehle kiya tha is taraf jab mein gayi thi unke ghar ek din.. (history repeated) and says beta rona mat… pls… and wipes her tears.. and places her basket down.. and says beta avo mera paas and make her sit in her god and now her two hand hands were on her eyes..

she then removes it. And says beta noo crying and wipes it and sasy mein aapko choclate doon? Bani nodes no.. too aap koo mien.. lollipop karedkar dedoon? She nodes no.. jai was laughing secretly.. krishna was like jai beta ask sorry now to her.. and come on tell her that that u will her good friend and wont kiss her.. ..

he sasy ok.. and sasy bani.. rohho mat .. woo kya haian tum bahut acchhi aur sweet doll ki taraf thi isliye.. ..teri cheek bhi chubby thi n a.. bani cries more.. .krishna was like jai beta.. meine kaha maffi mango.. he sasy sorry bani yet she was crying more.. and massi was coming on that way when she hears such thing.. and then Krishna atlast sasy beta.. accha teek hai..

jab dodnon bade honjyaenge tab mein teri shaadi jai se karwaadongi tab sab kuch teek hojayega teek hai.. jai was like shaaadi? Bechara hojata hai confused.. .. masssi also comes there and smiles saying haan beta jab bade hogne tab karwaadenge shaadi abb rona mat.. and wipes her tears..

bani then slow down and starts to feels shy.. .. and look down.. massi says kyun jai karlogi na bani se shaadi.. he was like haan massi,.. in a shyly voice and bani goes all shy😳 and closes her hand ,tiny hands… and jai was all going red.. massi and Krishna sees him and laugh.. .. jai blushes….

They go to mandir.massi and jai.. along with Krishna .they were praying .. jai closes his eyes to pray when someone stand near him .she prays to god closing her eyes.. hey baggwan.. aaj se kuch dinon mein meri shaadi hai.. papa ne uskeliye bahut saari karz liye hain.. isliye mein aapse pratana karthi hoon ki shaadi mein koi vig na aye.. sasuraal wale koi aur dahej mein na maange.. hum sab ke upar apni ashirwaad baneye rakhna.. aur muje apni shaadi puri immandaari nibane mein madat karo.. .the pandit ji comes (he was a new pandit purani wala apni sher gaya hai)and blesses them sada suhaagan raho puto aur faltooo ..

theye were shocked and jai open his eyes and the girl next to him it was none other than bani… .. who was covered with ghoongaaat..masssi laughs and sasy indodn ki shaadi nahi huyi hai and jai was like oh my god ye pandit bhi na… and turns to say sorry to bani but sees she was not there… and see the girl already left for going around the mandir he was like itni jaldi.. as her friend 's sister dragged her.. so she dint see amssi also.. .they come back from mandir.. jai was lost in the girl's thought the same pink wali who he saw in the morning and then now in the mandir..

on the way Krishna says didi woo kiran haina na hum sab koo bulaya hai saaadi aur gehnein koo dekne kii ..aur chai keliye bhi aaj shyaam ko ..jai was like ok mom aap dodnon jakar aana I wil be at home.. I have some work.. for which krishna sasy kiran ne tuje bhi lane ko kahi thi.. bacchapan mein tu uski haaatn ka bana paraa joo itni kaate te.. and both massi and krishan laughs.. he w was like mom massi aap donon bhi na …

they have their breakfast and then later in the evening around 5 p.m thye head there.. and were given a warm welcome soon amssi and krishan were dragged in and jai was pulled and made to sit near mens who were around his age nto much 2-3 from the village itself… sooon he sees the same pink wali ladki and goes behind her but misses her and massi ask where he was going and pulls him to introduce to some one and after the talk finish he was sitting the elder people there were pulling his legs saying this and that and some people ask whether he will marry his daughter granddaughter.. his batiji.. etc..

he was generally and politely refuses saying he need to ask his family..a dn thye praise him and bani comes and serves the tea saying ji chai.. and jai says thank u and sees her face and was shocked as she was the same pink chudidar wali kadki.. massi says are bani beta.. he chokes.. and bani sasy are bani beta yehe hai jai.. mein hameesha uske bare mein baat karthi thin a.. she nodes and says namastey.. and sasy mein abhi ayi.. aap chaaai peejiye and head the tay to amssia nd she teakes the chai saying thnk ebta.. and she goes saying mein abhi ayi..

massi sees jai and smile.. kya hua jai? He was like massi abani? …haan haan yahi hai bani woo tu.. jbachpan mein he was like massi kya ye wahi abni she nodes haan and says beta.. abchpann ki taraf aach mat dena [uppy kyunki uski shaadi jo hai.. and smiles .

Jai goes all red and says aap bhi na massi.. .but suddenly he felt something worng in his heart as he dint like it when massi said bani goin to get married.. Krishna was talking to kiran all enjoyingly and she was showing the bani's dresses and jewels.. to Krishna and was talking… and Krishna sasy she brought some gift for bani and she wanted to give her in her wedding..

Which she specially brought form Mumbai.. kiran asked what the gift was .. Krishna sasy it is secret.. which she is goin to give to bani-her pyaari gudiya…. Kiran says thnk .. Krishna for what? She telle for coming to her daughter's wedding from Mumbai.. Krishna sasy no need to thank her as she came to her friend's daughter wedding who was like her daughter .. and sasy she will help her in the wedding.. and ask kiran to eb tension free.. and thye go on with their talk…

bani comes there to serve them tea. And Krishna pulls her down asking her sit and she sits down with her heads down Krishna sasy kitni badi hogayi hamri bani.. aur dkhoo kitni sharmagayi… bilkul jistaraf bachpan mein thi usi taraf wahi boli ,pyaari sharmili chera.. she sees Krishna for once and lowers her eyes again.. Krishna says kitni pyaari lag rahi hai and kisses her forehead and abni immdietlytouches krishna's feet as they were sitting down .. Krishna saysare beta ye kay akr rahi ho? Betiyoon ki jagah hamrai dil mein hoti hain and blesses… her.. .

In the night jai was standing there in terrace and gazing at sky and was thinking something but his thought was revolving around bani.. her face .. .. he smiles.. dreaming the song of jab se teri naina from saawariya..
