n y r u being judgemental abt those who love so called brainless movies. even many oscar nominated movies flop n no1 watches them. so dont generalize indians kisne bola tha so called art movie se career start karne ko. firsty built up some fanbase with entertaining movies!

He seems upset by the failure. The biggest mistake he made was going for a high budget artsy film as his first. A commercial film could have helped. All commercial films are not brainless masala. I really liked the Masand interview of his... I hope he doesn't lose his mind and becomes arrogant he needs to pick smaller budget safe films, romcoms, drama before taking up big budget risks.

His attitude will not take him far. Whatever hardwork he may have put into the movie, he shouldn't be so arrogant, and ponder upon this failure.. try to think about it.

What's a performing artist if he cannot connect to people? He may be good at his craft, but you cannot point your fingers at audience if they cannot see it... rude. He should change his attitude on a personal level.

Dear Harsh,

This happens when you live in a bubble and think that audience can be taken for granted.

Did we see SRK dissing audience after Fan flopped?

Did we see Salman putting blame on audience for Jai Ho?

Did we see Amir blaming people for Talaash ?

Did we see Akki or AD putting blame on audience?

This is the difference between a real star and hot-air star.

Please wake up and smell coffee.

After seeing all these star kids, I think Ranbir Rocks😃

Even if he doesn't appreciate masala genre, he shouldn't be looking down on people who do. I for one would still watch a well made commercial entertainer over his artsy crap.

RR - I see a lot of Ranbir in him. If you saw that Rajeev interview, he seems to have a hunger for cinema that almost matches Ranbir's and that too at such a nascent stage of his career. That aspect is very admiring. I also see another similarity in them i.e they're both choosing directors before scripts. THIS is the WRONG part because it leads to downfalls. He needs to choose good scripts over directors, as does Ranbir. Nothing will be able to stop these kids if they tweak their script sense. (I hope the reason Ranbir is visiting Aamir a lot is to understand how to choose better & universal scripts).

If we take Ranveer and the whole Padmavati nonsense that happened recently...you'll see that he kept asking for changes to the script for his betterment. That's very sensible! I don't see this from Ranbir's side as he completes puts his blind faith in his directors over the scripts.

I'm excited to see what Harsh does in the future.
