Doesn't it seem like Parineeti? She's lost tonnes of weight recently, and has two upcoming releases in 2017 - Meri Pyaari Bindu and Takadum. She's always done powerful roles (cue to LVRB and Ishqzaade) but her last few outings have failed miserably (Kill Dill flopped and SDR was an average grosser). She's worked with biggies and will continue to do so (Ranveer and Sid are pretty popular, and her next is with Sushant - also popular post MS Dhoni). She was on a sabbatical for almost 2 years, and her next couple of movies are essentially a make or break for her.

The description does not suit Kangana much. Her career is going fine and she didn't work with many biggies. Idk who this one is. Parineeti and Kat came to mind.. but Parineeti not really known for sex-appeal and beauty. I am going with Katrina.
