Author's note-hi guys, finally I am here to update this story, I know I took ages to updt this one, as I updated it's prologue along with khinche, but didn't started it. Toh aaj Iska bhi ek year complete ho gaya, sorry for the delay but finally I am here with its first part, read the prologue first before reading the part, and enjoy the new story. Sorry anjali I took really long to updt this one. Hope u r not angry. Here is the prologue.
PROLOGUE
Ishita- how can u do this to me amma.u r telling me to marry a complete stranger.Maine Raman ko aaj tak dekha bhi nahi hai.at least let me meet him once and then decide.amma yeh meri zindagi ka sawaal hai.
Amma- no need to meet him.I know he is the one for u.get ready,he is waiting for u in mandap.she said covering ishita face with the veil and went.
Ishita sat down and said- u know the murugan, I don't have very much expectations from my husband, all I want him to be very loving and caring and very very handsome. Please bless me with a handsome man whom I can flaunt in front of my friends.she was thinking when her friends come to take her to the mandap.before going down she check herself for the last time and said- u r looking gorgeous. U simply deserve nothing but best.thinking so she went to the mandap.
Her eyes were downcasted so she couldn't see his face.the rituals started and finally she saw him when she made him wear varmala. She was shocked to see that her amma chosed him for her.he was a very simple man,his hairs was dipped in oil .he was wearing spects.
Ishita- (st)nahi amma u can't choose this man for me.he is just not for me.I can never love this man.I hate u amma for doing this to me.and I hate u too Raman.
Raman- (st)u r so beautiful Ishita. I am so lucky to have u.I love u ishita.
So this was the prologue, now here is the part one.
PART 1
Ishita was shocked to react while Raman smiled and took the garland around ishita's arms.
Ishita started scanning him from to bottom, he was a medium height person with light beard, his hair was dipped in oil and was combed properly, he has a little bulgy tummy and was wearing spects. She looked around and saw her friends giggling. She thought all were laughing on her would be husband. And before anyone can understand anything she fell down.
Raman hold her on time and caressed her face saying -ishita ishita. But she didn't responded.
Amma and appa came running and soon she was taken to the room. Doctor came and checked her and said-she is perfectly fine, don't know how she fainted.
Toshiji -may be because of stress, aakhir shaadi ke kitne rituals hote hai. She was saying when ishita slowly open her eyes saying amma.
Raman tried to go near to her but toshiji stopped him and said-lagta hai ishita ko hosh aa raha hai.
Amma nodded and said-yes, aap log baahar intezaar kijiye. I am taking her our in some time.
Raman -let her relax first.
Amma nodded and send everyone out ,then she locked the door and said-what is this ishu, how can u fake ur illness on ur marriage mandap.
Ishita got up hearing this and said-then what should u expect from me amma. U r making me marry to raman. Come on amma, he is just not for me.
Amma-oh really, can I know, aisa kya kami hai raman ne, he is very hard working. Itna bada business khud dekhta, and above all, he is very loving and caring.
Ishita-but amma, he is not even a percent handsome. He has a bulgy tummy and he is not even tall. I wanted a handsome and tall man.
Amma-just shut up, I know he is good for u aur tumhari shaadi Isse hi hogi. So it's better if u stop doing such foolish things. Get ready and come with me.
Ishita-no amma, I can marry him. Meri friends hasenge mujhpar that the ishita iyer got married to a nerd.
Amma-the ishita iyer is going to marry a responsible and wonderful person. So stop overreacting and come with me. She said covering her head with the heavy duppatta.
Amma literally drag Ishita out and glared her not to create any scene.
Soon Ishra were sitting together taking the nuptial vows. Raman was stealing glances of her while ishita was crying slowly. He got worried seeing her crying. He called amma and asked what's wrong with her.
Amma-nothing kanna, shaadi ho rahi hai naa, so she is getting emotional.
Raman said ok abd smiled. Then he looked at ishita and told her to smile. Ishita gave a dirty look and looked away. Raman felt a little weird but ignored her indifference.
Soon pandit ji called appa for kanyadaan. Appa was giving ishita's hand to raman while ishita was trying to withdraw her hand. Appa glared at her and finally he gave ishita's hand in Raman's, which he held firmly.
After that Ishra took rounds around the sacred fire and then Raman filled her partition. She don't wanted to but her eyes closed involuntarily feeling the moment. Then at last raman make ishita wear mangalsutra around her neck making her as his forever.
Everyone through rose petals and blessed the newly wed. Ishra took blessings from their elders and they were taken inside.
Amma did some rituals and then food was served to them in one plate.
Amma-khao kanna. I am just coming. Saying so she went while Raman looked at ishita who was still sobbing.
Raman hold her hand and said-shh shitu, aise rote nahi.
Ishita looked at him with questioning eyes.
Raman -ur name is ishita naa, so I will call u shitu, my shitu baby. How's it. He asked smiling.
Ishita thought-down market, just like u. She thought and looked away trying to withdraw her hand but Raman said-maine shaadi ki hai, Itni asaani se nahi chodunga tumhara haath. Waise u know one thing, u r looking very beautiful today. U know mujhe toh tum tabhi pasand aa gayi thi when I ur pic for the first time. U were looking just too beautiful and innocent. Tumhe main kaisa lagaa tha when u saw my pic for the first time .
Ishita-amma ne aapki photo nahi dikhayi thi. I got to see u today only.she said in an irritated voice.
Raman -what, tumne mujhe dekha bhi nahi tha. Still u agreed for marriage. OK tell me how u find me. Main kaisa lagaa tumhe.
Ishita scanned him from top to bottom and was about to say what she felt for him when amma came and said-arey, u guys didnt start eating yet. Not done kanna, chalo khao phir vidaai ka bhi muhurat ho raha hai. Baatein toh ab puri zindagi honi hai. She said interfering between their talk.
Raman nodded and start eating whike ishita glared at amma. Amma ignored her glare and start serving ishita.
Seeing her not eating raman said-tum bhi khao shitu.
Ishita looked at him and said-i am not hungry. U eat, u have a big tummy to fill. She said angrily making amma glare at her.
This time ishita ignored her glare while Raman don't know how to react.
Raman suppressed his sadness and said-good joke. But I can't eat without u, eat atleast few bite. OK I will feed u, he said and was about to feed Ishita when she took the bite and had it and said -happy, now eat.
Raman nodded and had few bites, then he also stop eating denying politely that he is full.
Amma nodded and took ishita to change dress for vidaai.
Amma made ishita wear a red and blue saree and said-isnt it beautiful, Raman ne khud select ki hai tumhare liye.
Ishita-jab pati hi mann ka nahi mila toh sundar saree rakh kar kya karungi.
Amma make ishita turn and said-why u r behaving like this kanna. Raman bahut achcha ladka hai.
Ishita-ladka nahi amma, aadmi. A big fat man he is. How could u select him for me amma. Meri saari friends has rahi hai mujhpe.
Amma-try to understand kanna, pati friends ke saamne flaunt karne ke liye nahi hota but zindagi bhar saath nibhaane ke liye hota hai. Raman is very loving and caring. I want u to respect him. Mujhe koi shikayat nahi milni chahiye. Saying so she went while ishita thought in her mind-aap kuch bhi bol lo amma, I will never accept him as my husband.
Soon the vidaai ceremony started, appa sent ishita's friends to bring her down. Amma tried to stop them but she was gone.
Amma was going behind them but toshiji stop her and start talking.
In Ishita's room,
Friend 1-chal ishu, Tera tere piya ke ghar jaane ka time do gaya. She said and all started going down together when one friend said-waise hamari ishu bahut lucky hai.
F2-kyun??
F1-arey itna handsome pati joh mila hai, woh bhi pregnant. Now ishu don't have to do much, just had to take care of her preggy hubby. She said and all start laughing making ishita angry on Raman and sad on her fate. She get downstairs ignoring their taunts and walked towards amma.
Amma did the rituals left and soon amma appa start crying. Ishita too cried but it was becauseof her anger and sadness. She was go on cursing her fate for getting such a husband.
Amma instructed again to ishita to behave nicely with ramab but she wasn't listening anything. All she could remember how her friends were making fun of her because of raman.
After much crying toshiji finally make ishita sit in the car and the car drove towards bhalla mansion.
Raman was too happy looking at ishita dreaming about their beautiful future together while ishita was too angry thinking ways to hurt raman.
