From young heroes what I have observed is that each is fit for a certain type based on their looks and acting.

Ranveer Singh: sadak chap mawali roles

Varun: Govinda type clown comedy roles

Ranbir Kapoor: romantic princely elite roles

Sid: solid action roles

Arjun kapoor: ghunda type action roles

Tiger: dance based hrithik type roles

There is no complete package. I think Ranbir Kapoor is ahead right now.

@question. from these 2, I think ranveer is better actor while varun better in terms of looks and personality
