they took only a few sher of jagjit ji voice for certain part...the composition is entire new...koi fariyaad and Tum Bin franschise is nothing w/o jagjit ji...thus its a tribute to him...ankit made it differently...nikhil-vinay era is different...15 yrs its a huge gap of generation and i don't think nikhil-vinay will work this era...i was 14 yrs old when Tum Bin came out.those days when koi fariyaad was out...many didn't like it...slowly it began to grow and it became a iconic ghazal...it takes time to grow...i love the new creation as much as i love the old creation..its nostalgic...

old is always old since its original but a chance is definitely needed to give for the new

I love all the songs from Tum Bin...i am sure Tum Bin 2 is good too in its own way w/o comparisons

i guess its wrong concept that traditional music dont work any more ...they dont make that kind of music any more ...if they start making it again i am sure public will like it...

songs like these still sound so chill and so fresh ...one can get bore of new music if listen continuously but these melodious songs had some other values

@iambest...i agree completely...if only traditional music is made...it would have work...what can we do when its being ruled by honey singh...badshah with their nonsense lyrics...i miss the 90s and early 2001 era...nadeem-shravan..nikhil-vinay...anu malik era...those were golden era of our childhood...i am glad at least anubhav sinha brought at least one ghazal for 2016...it may not be good as the original but it does leaves its own mark...was craving for such music for long...

I love the songs...those days...i had my teen crush on priyanshu...when Tum Bin came out...i was 14 yrs old...i had a small crush on priyanshu...even i like the songs of underated aapko pehle bhi kahin dekha hai...in that film too there was a ghazal sung by jagjit ji-asha ji...i love that ghazal...it was so soothing and beautiful...it was a romantic one unlike koi fariyaad which was filled with pain and anguish
