She was just one of the thousands of fans who had assembled. Ash's promotional event was over and her bodyguard was asking the car is waiting should we leave.. she could have simply left.. yet Aishwarya is so touched by this differently abled fan and is so caring that she actually ensured she wasn't pushed around (which normally happens) and ensured she would be escorted by another fan who was a good samaritan.

She is an amazingly beautiful human being on the inside. So easily some people pass her off as cold or fake, but she is actually a gem of a person.

Anyways I've seen Aish a year ago ..since my mom's a doc & she had a conference at Chennai & I tagged along with her to see Aish since she was the chief guest or something .. & I do recall she was very cordial with all the people & she looked like some fairy from a storybook to me & she even did a ramp walk for all the docs present there on someone's request .. she didn't look real ..she was like a dream so mesmerizing ❤️
