I think Rishab held her hand tightly and she tried to get free but the bangle broke and cut her wrist.

So Rishab is the first one to fall in love . He was affected by her anger n silence . He wanted desperately Raina to tell him n share with him her frustration. There was a moment where she asked him what matters to him if she is alive or dead! n he replied it matters.
He even tried to stop her holding the luggage bag but alas she is adamant to leave.He was badly affected by her words concerning their fake marriage as he finally accepted her as his wife n he can't see her going .
then He was so happy knowing that they will do the rasams.
Aprajita is the one behind this misunderstanding. She doesn't want anyone to learn about her past so maybe she'll try to accentuate the MU.
