I think the story is quite clear

Rk and anu meet and become friends, ranbir starts developing feelings for her but she makes clear she only wants to be friends, that's why she said 'friendship is peaceful' and she doesn't wanna ruin the peace between them

Rk see's anu's tattoo and asks about 'ali', anu tells him the whole story about how her and ali were together and then they broke up (it seems)

Then from the trailer it seems like rk and anu r dancing at a party, anu see's fawad as a dj there and that leads to fawad wanting her back, from wat fawad says it seems they were in a relationship for quite a while but it broke, its not clear yet why they broke up

Ranbir looks worried and seems to hav a bit of a fight with fawad, maybe telling him he can't just get back with anu, anu breaks up the fight and goes with fawad and they hav a chat

i think then fawad and anu patch up and leads to rk being heart broken and leaving to vienna where he meets aish, they hav a physical relationship (coz thats all we seem to be seeing between them, lots of intimate scenes)

From a article it says aish is a divorcee, dont know if that means if she is divorced to srk, or if srk is playing something else in the movie

Anu then meets rk and aish in vienna and i think this is where aish realises rk still loves anu and lets him go

then from the bit of spoiler info we got (from the guy that plays anu's dad) i think rk decides to get fawad and anu married, they go to pakistan (coz everyone is saying they r pakistani) but her family r against the relationship, anu's dad slaps rk and throws them out of the house, but eventually rk convinces the family to agree

The whole family starts preparations for the wedding, and wen the wedding day comes it seems like rk is so emotional and unstable and that is where he has the altercation with anu where he tells her he can't do this anymore and shows his two middle fingers at her, kind of saying he gave her all this selfless love and she gave nothing back, so she can f off

then i don't know if the movie ends with him being alone or being with someone else
