ADHM trailer...blessing in disguise?

Ok. Lots of talks about negativity on the trailer here. Although I do agree that trailer is not great but its not as bad as its made out to be. So how its a blessing? After the teaser some people complaining that it could be another KANK. A dark take on romance on diwali is not good and so on. The trailer completely shifts the tone to simple romcom and lighter romance. Now it looks more like YJHD rather than KANK. But now people complaining same old same old romcom. What people were expecting here from KJO romantic movie? Barfi or Lootera?

It may not be path breaking romcom but YJHD is anyday better than something on the lines of KANK.

As I said elsewhere, teaser was better than trailer...nevertheless, itna bura bhi nahi hai...ill watch this movie for sure... 😃

I have wondered what YJHD would be with Anushka,instead of Deepika..she was approached for the role.Ayan had just WUS behind him..with a celebrated director..I want to see what the critics have to say about ADHM.

YJHD was a non holiday solo release.. ADHM is a holiday release with a clash like BM..Both BM and YJHD made 180crores at the BO

So..lets wait and watch

I am not sure what exactly people expect from KJo.
I don't think KJo ever clamied to make a serious movie with social message. 😆

Now whether audience will take it or reject it, is another question, but expecting a mature, dark movie from KJo is expecting too much I guess. :P

lol I was thinking the same!! Earlier it was about the movie being too dark and a depressing one for Diwali and thus is not a good idea
And now it's candy floss romance and doesn't have depth!!

Ironically except a handful of fans who actually loved the intense darkness, all the others who tell the latter r the same ones who said the former!!😆

Frankly i liked what kjo did herein with giving it a romcom feel.

Trailer is meant to attract audience and a combination of teaser +song + trailer put its clearly that movie has everything!! It plays with all the emotions and not just heartbreak

Honestly I felt it was same old same old Kjo khichadi...Pyaar dosti, love triangle , squre...etc 😆

Hey but ultimate judge is the audience ...let's see their verdict...should be interesting to see...to me, Shivaay has an edge over ADHM...after this trailer...but come Diwali, will know :)
