Mrityunjay first took Tara to his place where Guruji was waiting to see his daughter safe and sound. Seeing her alright, he was relieved.
"Guruji you take care of Tara and I am going to bring back the Prince." Mrityunjay left saying this.
Guruji gave water to Tara to drink and brought some medicines for her and said,
"Take this medicine Tara, it will help in your recovery and quicken the process." Then he took her inside and made her rest.
Mrityunjay was able to discover the Prince at the hideout. The Prince was lying there unconscious. Mrityunjay sprinkled some water on him. As soon as the Prince was conscious, he took his sword which was lying next to him and pointed it towards Mrityunjay. When the Prince recognized it was Mrityunjay, the man who he met in the forest, he lowered his sword and said,
"I am sorry, I thought it is the Vampire."
"It's ok Prince. The Vampire is dead, you are free to return to your people." said Mrityunjay bringing Aditya's horse which he found on his way to this place.
"Thank you Mrityunjay for saving me. You have saved not just me but many lives related to me." said Aditya hugging Mrityunjay.
"That's my duty Prince, as I too had to save myself and prove to her that nothing will happen to her Prince." said Mrityunjay climbing on Maria.
"About whom are you talking Mrityunjay?" Aditya was confused about whom Mrityunjay was talking; he wanted to know the person who asked Mrityunjay to save him as he didn't know anyone who knew Mrityunjay.
"Tara came to me Prince. She is at my place, take her back to palace with you as she is injured." said Mrityunjay setting Maria off at a canter.
Soon Mrityunjay and Aditya were at Mrityunjay's place. Tara came out of the room hearing the noise made by the horses. Seeing the Prince alright, she was relieved.
"The Palace will again sing songs of happiness with the return of the Prince." She said greeting the Prince.
Mrityunjay rushed to her.
"How are you now?" he asked making her sit on the table.
"I am fine Mrityunjay," she said hesitatingly as she noticed both Guruji and Aditya were looking at them.
To divert their attention she said, "Prince, we should leave for the palace. Everyone there is worried for you."
"Oh...yes we should leave." said the Prince.
"Mrityunjay leave Tara outside the forest, from there the Prince will take her to the palace." said Govind and moved inside.
He didn't want Mrityunjay to know that there was a power which forbids his entry in the city, so he ordered Mrityunjay's return from there. Mrityunjay didn't question his Guruji as he knew there is always something important in Guruji's instructions. He carefully made Tara sit on Maria and then mounted her himself.
The Prince came near Mrityunjay and whispered in his ear,
"Now I know the reason behind your smile."
Mrityunjay smiled at this and then they left for the palace. After reaching outside the forest, Mrityunjay made Tara sit on Aditya's horse and bid them farewell. And then he galloped back into the forest.
As soon as Aditya's horse reached near the city, some citizens who were sitting and discussing about the Prince's kidnapping saw him and started celebrating the Prince return by announcing it at the top of their voices.
"It's the Prince... He is back... He is back..."
Soon this news spread in the city like wildfire. It also reached the Palace, and as soon as Meethi heard this news she came out of her chamber. She started walking towards the gates of the palace.
Princess Vasundhara came running to her and said,
"Brother has reached near the palace."
Listening to this, Meethi started running towards the gates of the Palace forgetting that she was the Princess of a Kingdom and the Daughter-in-Law of another. At that moment she was only Meethi, wife of Aditya who had not seen him for days. She was just running towards the gates without paying attention where she was, who was next to her, who was standing there, where she was going.
The only thing she knew was that the Prince had returned and was coming back to the Palace. She bumped into a man as soon as she was at the gates of the Palace. Then she looked at the face of the man, it was Aditya, her Prince.
She hugged him tightly and started crying,
"Never leave me alone...Never...Never." she said blabbering.
The Prince caressed her hair and said,
"Never"
and kissed her forehead and wiped her tears.
By now the whole Palace along with the King, the Queen, Princess Vasundhara and Aradhana gathered there.
