I Deserve to Move on in life : Sooraj Pancholi

It has been three years since actress Jiah Khan's death, but ex-boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi has once again found himself pleading his innocence. In the wake of a new report filed by a British forensic expert, hired by Rabia Khan (Jiah's mother), now claims that Jiah's death by hanging was 'staged'.
The actress was found hanging in her Juhu apartment on June 3, 2013, and boyfriend Sooraj was charged with abetment to suicide last December. With these new reports hinting that she was 'murdered' and did not commit suicide, Sooraj has once again found his name being dragged into the proceedings.

In an exclusive interview with Bombay Times, Sooraj said, "No accused asks for his trial to begin, but I'm asking to open the trial soon. Whatever the accusation, I deserve to move on in life."
