Yes. He had reportedly sexually molested a then 12 year old girl and also apparently beat her up and threatened to kill her.

This isn't new news. It has been going on since 2001 long before he was actually dead so its not like its all coming out when he isn't alive. He had ample time to defend himself and I am sure he did well so how about we give some benefit of the doubt to the woman as well.

^ He did defend himself! He said if I did this why didn't this person take action before? why 25 years later and that too only after my daughter won Miss World and became famous?

nothing was proved... either this lady took back the case or lost.

Should we discredit Bill Cosby and his victims as well if we go by your argument? Many victims of sexual abuse are often afraid and stigmatized hence it takes them time to come forward. There are many theories why she did or did not come forward earlier but she has already explained that she was afraid, was married and only recognized him after seeing him on TV. There is no statute of limitations for sexual abuse nor does living or death wipe off their slates clean.

Priyanka's dad was never proven guilty nor is he alive now so what's the point of this topic? this is bollywood forum and he's not even a celebrity. TM could've just done a simple google search if they were curious.
