Woody Allen is famous, so yes you can discuss him on Hollywood forum... Ashok Chopra is not.

Is Gauri Khan an actress? Iam sure she is often discussed here (yourself included). He attended many award functions with her and there has even been a street named after him. How does it not make him famous?
