Part 2
Hey Anku I am so sorry for the late comment I am only just catching up with my updates(I have 46 more to read in date order!!!😆)
Here we go my 2521st comment!!!
As usual you are unbelievable!!!
Another amazing update - the way you are showing Ishra as true soul mates!!
Ishita feels that she is being out of character when it comes to Raman and Ruhi and their relationship with Shagun, because she is feeling possessive and insecure!!!!!
This was shown clearly when Ruhi came with the gift that Shagun had - obviously to manipulate Ruhi like she does Adi and from Ruhi's reaction Ishita feels that she might succeed: " A painful shiver ran through her at that thought. What if Shagun's consistent pampering melted Ruhi and bought them closer?"
Even Raman noticed: "Raman had seen a look of distasteful surprise on Ishita's face. For the first time in their year together he had witnessed something that spelt offence and uncertainty in the presence of their daughter who usually managed to appease the worst of Ishita's moods."
Loved the way Ishita handled Ruhi and returned the gift to Shagun and the comments she made to her!!!
I love Ishra's night time conversations - the way she tells him about the gift incident and the following comments made by them particularly struck me:"" When did what Shagun thinks start mattering to you? And you've done no wrong. Had I got this gift for Ruhi I am sure you would have refused to give it to her until her exams were done. You never let me spoil her either Ishita."
"But you're not Shagun..."
"Exactly. I get my daughter gifts because I am her father. Fathers always want to spoil their daughters rotten. But Shagun is providing her because she wants to be provided. Woh koi kaam bina matlab ke nahi karti..."
"Lekin woh uski Ma hai Raman, hak hai uska..."
"Sirf paida karne se koi Ma nahi ban jata Ishita,"
These feelings and conversation - had they been on the show would have made show mind blowing!!!!⭐️
When she says that what if I had given Adi a gift and she had returned it how would I feel and his comment to that was again just the right thing to say to Ishita at this particular time:"Raman shook his head at her fast paced wandering mind," You're going to give him what no one can, what Shagun can never dream of giving him...because money cannot buy the selfless, untainted love that you have for your children."❤️
That comment kind of melted her!!!😳
She is still feeling guilty she is keeping Ruhi from her real mother and he tells her that she is her real mother!!!!
She also feels that when she grows up she will think that Ishita kept her from her mother and Raman's comment here was superb: ""Ishita agar Ruhi ko taufe khareed sakte toh kya mere liye usse apna pyar express karne itna mushkil hota? Ruhi is a child who always yearned for the simplest joys of life, a happy family, a pleasant surrounding and pristine love...which you have given and always give her. She can never be allured and swayed by the fake glow of meaningless gifts that won't hold her attention for more than two days. Trust your daughter, trust your upbringing ..." he repeated, "
She is also feeling insecure about her looks and the way she dresses: her kanjeevaram thans as Raman calls them and the teasing comments he makes are now making her feel that she needs to do something - aaawww so she goes shopping and the spa and then gets dressed in a new saree.
When he comes home and is mesmerised by her look!!
Then conversation they have is so beautiful as Raman realises that the comments he makes in jest are really making her insecure especially now that Shagun is under the same roof!!
He tries to convince her that there is no comparison between her and Shagun or any of those so called elite women at the party!!!
And the point he makes here sums it up nicely ( I would have liked to have quoted the whole conversation here as each line is so profound but if I did that then I might as well quote the whole story her - which I have near enough!!!😆 )
""My point is...Your beauty has nothing to do with what you wear Ishita, it's with who you are... Tum itni khoobsurat isliye ho kyunki tumhari andar ki achai tumhari aankhon mai dikhti hai," he softly reiterated the compliment he had showered on her weeks back.
She smiled knowingly and sighed," Par Raman... aapki business parties mai, events mai...har jagah sabhi ladies itni extravagantly dress ho kar aati hai aur mai woh hi thaan aur gajra," she muttered in self- doubt," Aur aap bhi toh kehte ho na ki mai aapse badi lagti hun, aunty lagti hun.."
""Safed baal toh mere hai, peeth roz meri dukhti hai...Buddha toh mai hun yaar. I didn't have the guts to admit that, toh bill tumhare naam ka phad diya," he joked."😆
Even thought he is joking he realised how she is being affected by the woman living under the same roof!!!
But eventually he did a great job of convincing her - loved his final comment: "" Waise Ishita...Agar tum kuch nahi bhi pehno toh sabse khoobsurat lagogi," he said daringly"😆😳☺️
Their late night conversation with green tea was also very beautiful!!
She tells him of how possessive and jealous she feels these days and he is kind of happy to hear that: "Strange? Madrasan I would give one arm and leg to have you possessive about me? Why would it make me any less than elated to see you feeling like you own me? If you haven't noticed I don't want to be shared," with utmost sincerity in his eyes!!!
He tells her that she feels jealous because she loves them and that is reassuring no matter how many times it's repeated :"" Mai aur Ruhi sirf tumhare hai Ishita, aur ye tum bhi jaanti ho, par kabhi kabhi ye baat duniya ko jatani bhi padti hai," he ironed the crease between her brows and continued," I know you find it tasteless to brandish a relation in front of the world, but some people don't understand even obvious facts otherwise,"
I know I keep quoting everything but I feel that I cannot do justice to your work without quoting your words!!!
Ishita finally began to realise how much the whole family did not like Shagun and why as she can see from her behaviour!!!
She is now realising how much Raman and the rest of the family is supporting her and making her feel her importance in the whole household!!!
"And most of all Raman. He was so actively alert about her every thought and emotion. Making painstaking efforts to shield her from anything that could possibly hurt her. He gave her undivided attention, taking her out for drives, dinners, morning walks. When home he wouldn't let her out of his sight, locking them in their room...someday conversing, someday laid in bed patiently enticing her to make love to him."
She then starts to become more confident and secure!!!! And so when he is shouting for her as usual she goes in with satisfaction of how much she is loved and so she shows him how much she loves him too!!!
Their nok jhoks were so good and the love she demonstrates surprises him and that romantic kiss - so awesome!!!❤️
And at the end the dialogue you use - I loved it on the show and I love it here as well:"She sobered and shook her head, then smiled tenderly," Aur agar mai kahun ki mai jitni ab khush hun utni khush kabhi bhi nahi thi toh?"
"Agar tum khush ho toh mai khush hun, I have no other option," he replied with such earnestness that she was rendered speechless."
Absolutely brilliant, brilliant and brilliant!!!
Please please please update soon and also thank you so much for the pm!!!!!!!🤗
