saloni knows neel from childhood when they were very young. So it is just oppposite. Neel is saloni's childhood friend. So now neel will have problem. When saloni recognize him.

I don't thinks that Neel will turn to be negative again. Now Neel is repenting from the wrong and the mistakes that he has done before.

He even once wanted to tell Nishi about Saloni but stopped that, thinking that if he tells her about Saloni she will not continue curing Saloni. But I predict that he will tell Nishi about Saloni Very soon and both of them will help her.
