Raina only has her dad. He had gone to Delhi for some work related issues

She doesn't have a mom. Her dad is away for work in Delhi. Ajay and his parents are like her family as she is Ajay's rakhi sister.

Simple answer...the production house might be having budget problems for hiring new actors for the lady's parent's or might be the show is already over crowded so kind of ignoring this part of her life 😆
