I guess after kamini tells him about sumo not being happy, shravan will go and ask her whether she wants to get married to aditya then she might say all this..

yes u r absolutely right..I think after fight shravan will confront suman for not trusting his words about bad intention of aditya and then suman won't even believe nirmala also
