Also, I saw a few comments on break-up and how Dev should respect the fact that he broke up with her. See, the thing is, break-up means different thing to different people. If Elena broke up with someone, she wouldn't spare that person another thought. Same with Dev's brother (don't know his name). because they commitment to the relationship is different. To Dev and Sona, their break-up is as bad as a divorce. He may have said it, but did anyone of us really believe that that was what Dev wanted for himself? He was compelled to act because his mother almost died because of him. And he made the wrong choice. But he would never have wanted to leave Sona...

So, when sense prevailed, he realized his folly. But he is not in a position to fix it because of his mother. That makes him restless, irritated, frustrated, helpless, guilty etc etc. And under these circumstances, he is bound to make some more errors considering that it will be in line with his character 😃

Dev getting angry & throwing the laptop is something that was not surprising at all to me. I was glad that he got angry.. Since the break up all he has been doing is sulking & brooding around & telling his mother 'sab kuch teek hai'...and finally we got a reaction from him. He needed some outlet. Rage was the first emotion that engulfed him... Anger & impulsiveness has always been one of his most important characteristics. He's angry that Sona is moving on & how she was able to move on when he was still stuck in pain...it was so confusing to him. Yes, he brought this onto himself. He doesn't know that Sona herself is taking baby steps to move on... Finally with anger he's beginning to even ponder about THEM. Also, in one way the situation needed him to be this extreme because this had to be noticed by Ishwari. She needs to know what this break up was doing to her son. Now let her pick on her brains to figure out what move to take next... Her achha bachha was behaving like hulk now!!...Wasn't Dev exactly like his mother?? Remember the time when Ishwari threw that tray of food in anger... Dev reminded me of her in this precap...What's getting me worried here is off late Dev has been behaving too much like his mother.. And I don't want him to become an obsessive & possessive person like his mother...both Ishwari & Dev are highly dysfunctional people...so chances are there. But I hoping they don't take this route.

Post this angry burst, I want him to calmly sit & rationally think on what to do if he really wants Sona back in his life. I guess the segment that we got with Mamaji advising him may play out soon. He needs some guidance..Just like how aimlessly he was walking in his room..His mind was reflecting the same feeling. He doesn't know what to do. He needed someone to give him some direction & I'm hoping that Mamaji will be of some help.
