My God, what a situation you have been through ! My heart goes out to you my comrade. I'm so glad you're strong enough to walk out of that toxic situation. I hope your ex and you are cordial at least, such a pity that a MIL can do such things.

I hope you are in a happier space now, with your baby. Hugs to you girl.

Oh no his mother doesn't allow him to meet his child . But by this time me and my son both don't care. We are very happy now

And it sure must have made you the woman who in no right mind want to become her👏... And everytime Ishwari is shown on the screen, one should just know it - how a mother should not be...

How much I want Sona to move on now in her life, I really want Ishwari too to move on with her holdings... She needs her lesson very badly... Earlier I wanted it to be gentle and empathizing with her... I've a different story for my original liking for Ish... But now she's tried everything a parent shouldn't, even if there are no rule book for a parenthood... Even now I can't hate her for my own reason...

Now that she has been used for how one should not be let the CVs take her forward to depict how one should be... Are they up for it?! Or will close it only after sending her to grave?! 🥱

Ishwari makes me nauseous. CVs should use her as an example of what could be the result of such an unhealthy obsession. But that is too much to hope in an Indian show

Also that is why I don't want Sonakshi marrying Dev in the show at least not without a proper redemption because I know it is easy to talk about true love but very difficult to sustain it when you are humiliated on daily basis.

Thanks a lot everyone for your kind wishes. I am very happy and settled in life now. It's just me and my son and we have a very good life. Also I had an excellent family which made it all possible, plus a mother who ensured that her daughter was well educated and financially independent

🤗
Glad to have been here to listen... If that helps... 🤗

That's right... Every parent should focus on that.. getting an education and making the kid financially independent.. be it a boy or girl... I still see parents around who focus on leaving financial savings for the kids more than their focus on getting the values and character rightly set for the kids...

Have very well seen, from experience, the positive impact of these character savings brought into the kids' lives... And have very well seen the negative impact these financial savings bring into their lives too... Hope everyone takes the lesson.. It doesn't come in a classroom thrown by a teacher standing in front of us... It's upto our characterization to see it and pick from everywhere when we walk by the experiences of life...

I have a cousin and a friend who lived through similar horrors... My friend used to get locked up by the husband in her house based on the MIL's instructions, this when the MIL was in India and the my friend and her husband in the US...

How she escaped is a horror in itself... There are so many around me who have such a MIL that I am not shocked anymore... People can surprise you and at the same time shock you even after knowing them for a number of years...

Happy for you and your son.

I am not taking anybody's side but we come across some circumstances which are quite relative. Everyone is much side that Dev is wrong and he should not have broke up and should have handled the situation, but it's reality that guys do this kinda thing. They are always ready to quit over when family involves (though I never have fallen in love, I know things really happen. May b it's not mother or father, it may be any member of family. I have personally called a guy coward for my friends sake. And now it's years. About showing stalking Sonakshi, their is no need to stalk literally these days. Social networking sites are best to give u all kinda info about ur ex)
I think changes will come when mamaji speaks to Dev. He may not change his behaviour but the would get a kick atleast to win back Sonakshi's trust.

It's true there are so many of such mil and most women keep on tolerating it

I think only we can change this by teaching our sons to respect their wives
