EPILOUGE (02)
*SHIVAAY P.O.V*
My eyes fixed on the photo frame that laid on my work table.
"Anika" I breathed.
Our second year anniversary was coming up and I wanted to do something special but my not so romantic mind always dissapoints me. I was thinking about getting help from Ishanna and Soumya who have taken after my brothers in their never ending ideas and planning.
*FLASHBACK*
"Bhai did you practice well" Rudra asked doubtfully.
"All the best Shivaay" Om gave me a thumbs up.
Shivaay was all nerves when he saw Anika walk up to him with a cute blue top and jeans that he once gifted her.
"Shivaay.." Anika clicked her fingers laughing.
"Anika.. Me and You... We ..." I stammered.
"Are you trying to break up with me?" She questioned her eyes wide tears threatening to spill.
"What?! No, are you mad?" I spoke at once.
"Then" She asked.
Before I could talk I found OmRu behind Anika with boards which said "you can do it" and "go for it" which in all obviousness was Rudras idea.
"Anika I was about to..." I kneeled down.
"I'm not good in expressing myself but all that I know is that I love you so much and I can't live without you so I'm here to ask you if you will permit me to live every second of my life with you. I think I'm out of my mind that's why I'm about to ask you Will you marry me?" She teared and sat down pulling me to the also to the ground completely. She hugged me tight and started crying.
"Am I rejected is that why you're crying?" I asked confused.
"No you Duffer Billu it is a yes and I'm crying because I'm marring a duffer like you" She laughed.
OmRu walked inside clapping.
"Bhai the ring" Rudra reminded.
I pulled out the ring and took her hands in mine sliding it into her finger while OmRu threw confetti and sprayed a bottle of snow spray.
"Group hug" Rudra suggested.
And that's how it ended.
*PRESENT*
My phone rang breaking me from my trance. It was her.
"Hello jaan"
"Hello Billy, will you come early home today please"
"Is something wrong"
"No I just want you"
"OK then"
"Promise"
"Promise"
The line went dead.
"Sir you've got a meeting in 5 minutes" My secretary said.
"Postpone it and clear my schedule today I have some important work to attend" I ordered.
*ANIKA P.O.V*
I felt a pair of hands over my eyes as I was reading a book.
"Shivaay" I gleamed.
"Yes sweetheart" he removed his hands and sat next to me pulling me on to his lap.
"I love you sooo much" I said giving him a kiss.
"I love you too " he said in between the kiss.
"So why'd you call me early" he questioned.
"Cause I missed you Billy" I smiled.
"Oh I also got something to you" I said pulling my hair to a side exposing my left shoulder blade.
"An early anniversary gift don't you like it?" I asked sadly.
"I'm speechless why would you take so much pain" he kissed my tatoo that read his name.
"So you like it" I regained my smile.
"I love it" he said pulling me for a kiss and then another and another...
*SHIVAAY P.O.V*
Anika was still reading on my lap while I pulled her close interrupting her every minute with my kisses.
"Anika diii" Ishanna called.
"I've gotta go Shivaay I'll be back in a second" she said.
"One.." And I pulled her back.
"Ok in 10 minutes" she laughed.
Anika left the room leaving my mind so heavy and confused I NEEDED A GREAT PLAN.
