Its absurd, but I kind of understand, I have worked in government sector here and they are very inefficient and lackadaisical in updating records and databases. 😆
Generally TSA workers are overworked, under staffed and miss a lot of things, they jump on the wrong person while the real terrorists operating from within the country get away from right under their nose.

This article is interesting... List of people who're in the 'Terror Watch List' which includes 6 yr old girl, 8 year old Cub Scout, Senator Ted Kennedy etc,

It includes senators, journalist, actors, third graders...

Most people in this list are white and non Muslim

So you cannot blame it entirely on racial profiling... It's inefficiency and a lack of common sense

The most astounding person on the list is Former Air National Guard brigadier general, James Robinson, who is "certified by the TSA to carry a weapon into the cockpit as part of the government's defense program should a terrorist try to commandeer a plane," is on the list

"Shocking's a good word; frustrating," Robinson told CNN. "I'm carrying a weapon, flying a multimillion-dollar jet with passengers, but I'm still screened as, you know, on the terrorist watch list."

The pilot added: "There's going to come a point in time where everybody's on the list."

Because of the name mix-up on the part of the U.S. government, two other "James Robinsons" were added to the terror watch list, as well:

Thats what I meant! TSA officials are notoriously thick headed and inefficient! They are just hired through some outside agencies, not really qualified, not very strong in the head department. They just do their jobs mechanically, like robots, dont use common sense. They have to cross out all the t's and ask all the listed questions and if anyone with similar name is on watch list or if a red flag goes up, they detain without using logic. 😆

Anyone who has dealt with lower level government workers in this country would know that they work like automatons without using their brain. And of course laziness, inefficiency, overworked, these are factors too.

At the same time, people bashing SRK for expressing his annoyance with repeated harassment shd understand that hes a human being too and at least here in US people do have the right to protest, complain if they are repeatedly or unfairly harassed/targeted by TSA. There have been so many lawsuits against TSA for body searching people who felt shamed and targeted.

@pallavi25 Ok you've a point... The first time it happened I think in 2009 there was such a hullabaloo from his fans and he made a big deal too.. I found it annoying...

Something like this happened to president Abdul Kalam twice( I forgot the details, he was not detained but frisked against the rules or something like that, but he and people were much calmer)

But this is the third time, right? It must be frustrating, but after reading about TSA, I think Shahruk should know it's not going to change
