the one who was recording is the elder brother of bunty's dad, i.e. bunty's chacha. Pari stumbled on him and he came to luknow and secretly recorded all the torture scenes of pradhanjee and pari's mom.

the elder brother is mute and can't speak and wrote a note to pari's mom - most likely giving her the news that pari is ok... and help is on the way...

i don't think bunty will go to jail - he didn't support any of it. All what he did Pari was most of it to show off to his dad.
