From what they have showed in the past epis, it feels like his memory loss is real.
He had no reactions to Pragya even with his eyes to be faking a memory loss. He would not have done that given what he had learnt recently and how he had found his Fuggy back.
Also, today's epi he had negative images (this is typical memory loss flashback they show in soaps where the character has some vague memories but can't recall/recollect) of his time with Pragya in holiday home and his accident.
And from Aaliyah's conversations with Abhi, it looked like he is told that he had an accident and has memory issues but he has not forgotten anything significant.
And doctor (the real stupid docs) have advised the family to not to remind him anything. And the family is believing them although they were proved to be useless doctors.
As far as Tannu goes, mostly he will remember her too, although he did not ask for her yet.
