Khan is just conveying a message to his underage fans to not have sex (most likely unprotected) and be like him. I personally think it's a gr8 thought..

It's better to say I have not done it then announce to the world that he has sex 3 times a day, usually every day of the week, because even then most of you would be disgusted and would think he is stupid for saying so...
