A mutual friend, who was visiting Katrina at her new home, apparently got the shock of her life when none other than Ranbir walked in. Says a reliable source, "The mutual friend never expected to see Ranbir there. But Katrina did not seem surprised. It looked as though she was expecting him."

The eyewitness to this unexpected reunion had no further information to give on how the reunion shaped up, as she had left hastily.

But this incident certainly proves that the couple has not given up on each other and there is still room for a reconciliation.
