Jee, Tambreen gained some weight, her nose was def not like that, she looked more like Afreen.

Has Tambreen spoken, or is Naila just assuming it's her?

OR, is it suppose to be her, but since the actress has gotten a break until her re-entrance, Afreen & Naz substitute for her?😆

Omg that you sooo much for noticing that! It was Afreen without a doubt! When the showed the tear rolling down her cheek, it was obvious that it's Afreen...! If was her cheek 😆
