the panchayat said that Aryan would have the responsibility of shravani, not that she was to be his wife. they have pounced shravani as a devdasi, and so she is married to lord Krishna, other men can be patrons. chimaji knows that Aryan and Aaru love each other. he has give Aryan responsibility so that other men don't try to exploit her. she is not his wife.

precap shows Aryan an Aaru confessing their feelings for each other, that means that Aryan will never accept shravani as more then a responsibility. and shravani is bound to make some mistake or another in her efforts to separate Aryan and Aaru, which will alert them that she is not what she seems.

darnnn ughh Aryan should just tie a rakhi on that Shravani and be like I can only protect you as a brother, really hating this distance between aradhya and aryan ;(
