Ishkara: The Bat and The Cat

So this afternoon I was watching a lot of Batman animated movies because I was bored. Later on in the evening I watched Ishqbaaz and while watching I kind of understood Ishaana more because I was relating her to Catwoman. Omkara and her are opposites when seen from an outsider's perspective. One is filthy rich while the other is poor, one likes to help everyone around him while the other is a con artist due to circumstances.

Catwoman would con people and Batman would go after her. She wasn't a terrifyingly evil villain either, kind of soft at heart but hardened by living on the streets and fighting for survival.

I know many people in the forum are upset that Ishu is conning Omkara but let's see it from her perspective. She isn't doing it willingly, she has been forced. Neither is she going to stop because she hasn't developed any strong feelings for him. As viewers we are fantasizing a relationship but she has no time for that because she needs to find a way to get money and keep her family safe.

I think what makes them a great pair is that despite Ishu's con artist ways, they do share the core values. Similar to the Bat and Catwoman, they are both alone and good at heart. Once she realizes that conning is not needed for her survival, she will find another job.

Til then, I can't wait for her to creep into Om's heart as he does into hers. It's going to be a philosophical and poetic journey of sorts. Of course, with added comedy, thanks to Ishu and her Bela moments.

I'm tired f pp complaining about IshKara track. they should give it time. ishaana definitely loves her sister more than she cares about hurting Om. It's sticking to reality for now. one heartfelt convo won't change her mind .

That is one different-but-super-sexy-awesome way to put it. 👏

She didn't possess the qualities such as of the honest, ideal, loyal kinda heroine. Cat woman was more of an anti-heroine.😈
She was cunning, smart, witty but not in a villainous way, she had her own reasons for doing what she used to do.
So like you said, coming to Ish, she is also not that ideal heroine like cat woman. She also like cat woman is doing things(in here conning Om) for her own benefits..

Favourite part used to be when cat woman used to charmingly bring him to her side and in the end used to outsmart him. 😆😆

But yes, Batman and cat woman did have a beautiful love between them. He used to actually admire her 😳 and she used to leave him stunned and spellbound every f**king time.🤪
Just like cat woman put a spell on batman, our Ish is also doing the same.

Om is also somehow falling under her spell but hopefully this will end good and Ish don't leave him like cat woman did but instead is here to stay..😆😳


P.s - sorry for blabbering it's just you brought cat woman n batman and then there is Ish and Om. I just couldn't not love the comparisons. The fangirl in me of all these awesome characters came out...😡
