Episode starts from Jessica's house where the police inspector and other constables enter into the room where Jessica was about to tell her identity to armaan.
Police inspector: Miss Jessica Bedi we arrest you in charge of murder of Jasmeet walia .
Jessica and armaan both are so shocked that they cannt react atfirt. Theh jeica tries to protest weakly but thee inspector does notpay heed to her words. Armaan yels:noooo!what rubbish are you talking!!!! Jassi cannot die!! She is alive!!! Jessica did not kill her!!!! Jessica !!! why are you quiet?? Tell them that jassi is alive and you didn't kill her!!!!! tell them!!!!( armaan tries to wake up Jessica just like a sinking man tries to catch something !!!)
Jessica looks at him in teary eyes like a zombie!!!!
Inspector:look mr.if you create barriers to my legal works I will arrest you too! Just stop it!!!!
He orders : handcuff her!!!!
Jessica is handcuffed and ploice is taking her away with them. While going Jessica looks back again and again to her beloved with whom she was dreaming to start a new life, just after a while her all dreams are shattered!!!!!
Armaan stands like an electrocuted tree for a while and then he falls down on ground!!!!!!

As we can see that a lot of people here to see famous model Jessica Bedi who is accused of murdering Gulmohur Fashion's ex- financial advisor Miss Jasmeet Walia. This is her first hearing in the court!!!!Let's go and see what happens!!!!
The police van comes and Jessica gets down from it. As soon as she gets down she is surrounded by the people waiting to seeher!!!! She tries to get rid of them and enter into the courtroom.in the mean time a number of journalists question her :

Purab's car stops in front of the court Purab and Nandu get down from it. They proceed towards the courtroom. But the security guards do not let them enter into the courtroom. They say that the hearing is going on and nobody is allowed to enter now!!!!
Wihin the courtroom the judge is asking Jesica if she admits that she has killed Jasmeet walia!!! Jessica is thinking that how could this be possible! She is arrested in charge o murdering jassi!!! what to do now???
She is silent!! meanwhile the judge repeats the question .and at last he declares that if she keeps silence that means she is admitting theguilty!!!still Jessica is silent. Then judge says: the court is adjourned. I order police to keep Jessica in judicial custody until the next hearing!!!!
Aryan and Mallika are extremely happy . their eyes are glittering in vindictive smiles. Aryan says that he could not imagine that everything would be so smooth and jesica would enter into their trap so easily!!!
Armaan cannot still believe that jassi is not alive!!!!
