Siddant, Zee and Naman

I know its a little to late to comment on this subject but I wanted to wait till Naman started to make this post. Please excuse my rant :)

Firstly when will channels and shows learn that its the fans who make these shows what they are? After the Iss pyaar ko kya naam doon incident indian tv should understand that if a beloved character, especially a male lead, leaves the show, the show has little chance of surviving Lets say it does survive. It still loses a huge viewership and most of the time the replacements cant bring that. Look at siddant and naman. For us Kunj was siddant and I waited to see what Naman would do and I was right. HE IS NOT GOOD at it. A wonderful character, a beautiful love story has been butchered. Im even shipping YUVLE which a hardcore twinj fan would never do but thats the situation.

Secondly I don understand this BS channel rivalry. An actor like siddant is an asset to a channel they should fight for him. OK so he has gone to colour therefore a lot of Zee's viewers will follow him ( as if they dont already watch other channels *rolls eyes*) Have they ever thought about this? Jhalak has a HUGE fan following and I am sure milllions of fans who never watched TEI will see siddant and start watchin TEI!! its basically a promotion of TEI on another channel!!!! Where is the logic?! please explain if I have missed something.
