Well-placed sources in Bollywood tell me that recent hush-hush confirmation of the actress' pregnancy has completely upset the production schedule of her new movie, which will now likely go on the floors three months before its intended start date. The producers want to wrap up principal photography on the project before her baby bump begins to show, and to that end the crew is said to be in regular touch with the actress' doctor in order to understand timelines, and to agree on how they may need to hide her pregnancy.

The option to replace the actress in the movie is not one the producers want to entertain, given that she's the glue that binds their project together. The film is reportedly a multiple character romantic comedy, and her face on the poster is a considerable draw. They pulled off a casting coup of sorts to assemble an eclectic ensemble, and the filmmakers don't want anything coming in the way of exploiting that on screen"least of all a baby bump!
