In my pov what attracts Harman to soumya is how she is different from other girls who he has met in his life. Her beauty is a + but her shyness her devotion and her helping nature makes Harman aw of her. She is not mirchi type she is his type that is what makes him attract toward her.

I will go for all of the above option. But at first it was her beauty for what his eyes caught her... In first meeting remember? 😳
But in second meeting he found her innocence... she helped her with water...
And in 3rd meet he must find all of the above things and got attracted towards her 😆

Beside her simplicity innocence and beauty.. I think also her quiet nature is what attracts Harman. He is totally opposite of Saumya, and we all know opposite attracts. He can easily tease her, joke with her, show some attitude and enjoys being with her, Afteral she is not Surbhi who has the "seedha muh pe jawab dena" attitude. Harman is badmaash type and Saumya seedhi saadhi so chemistry is perfect. ❤️
