Right now the accused i,e Jilanis were the family friend of the RamKrishnans. Ramkrishnan's only daughter is married into the Sinha family.
The victim is Abhay Sinha, the youngest son of the Sinhas.
Sinha's DIL is the defense lawyer while her mother in law is the prosecutor,
The most important witness in the case is Yash Bundela who is the brother of Vanshika whose marriage was fixed in the SInha family but later cancelled. Yash Bundela too was suppose to get engaged with Radhika until she chose Asad, the only son of the JIlanis and another accused in the case .
Its time some one makes an appeal and change the judge.
