Heyy everyone,
So I wasn't able to see KRPKAB since Monday and today I finally managed to catch up. Firstly it was such a pleasure to all 4 episodes back to back :D And just drown myself in this show. Each and every episode is a pleasent surprise when it comes KRPKAB and watching 4 episodes together, the pleasure was at its peak.
I think this weeks last 3 (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) episodes of this show have been the best by far. The storyline, the acting have just been top notch. I like reading because it's easy to loose yourself in thier world, feel what the characters feel so watching movies and tv shows is fun but I find it hard to immerse myself in it especially Hindi drama's. But this show has changed that because when Erica did that ring scene, I could feel my heart breaking. That pure desperation on her face to remove that ring, to get rid of that symbol of love from her finger was so heartbreaking and I could feel her pain. And that emotional scene where she cried in front of elena and confessed that she cannot see Dev with anyone further broke my heart. Those tears, and that immense sadness was tugging at my heart. Erica did a beautiful job with that scene and I could feel her heartbreak, I could feel that she has lost all hope. What's even wonderful is that in front of Dev she was normal and she did not let her bitter feeling towards the engagement show and that makes her such a honourable and good character.
I have never spend any time on praising Supriya's performance but my god she is fabolois actor. Without saying anything she portrays Ishwari's insecurities, and her obvious discomfort. She does not say a dialogue against Dev's marriage but her expression showcase so beautifully that she is scared of being replaced in Dev's life, she is scared that some other woman will take her place, she is scared that Dev will forget about her. She is an amazing actress.
Dev, Dev oh poor soul. I don't even know what to say about him. Shaheer is obviously doing a wonderful job with Dev, there is no denying that, we all know that. His confusion on the whole issue is rather adorable but his confusion and his refusal to take a stand has caused this relation with Natasha to progress. I feel that everything is happening so fast for Dev that before he can even think, next step has already been taken. Before he could refuse, engagement was already fixed and by the time he will realise that he loves Sonakshi, he would have already moved ahead with Natasha. It's like he is getting no time to breathe.
I am loving the progress with Dev and Sona's relationship. I love how in Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday he made sure to address Sona as friend. He made sure that she knew they are friends and that's so adorable and cute. He considers her a very close friends, shares his problems with her and I hope that doesn't change after today's realisation. I hope he continues to share all his problems with her and remembers that they are friends first and lovers later.
I love the little moments in the show which makes such difference. Dev getting mesmerised by Sona washing her face, such a subtle way to show that he is falling for her. Dev addressed Sona as Sonakshi, another small moment but it signifies that he really thinks of her as his close friend. Sona cleaning Dev's coat, they are already so domestic. And Sona smiling which holding his coast, another small moment but it shows her moment of happiness, a moment where she felt close to Dev.
That was a long post. If anyone read the whole things,thanks . I am sorry for boring you guys. I know most of its probably already been said but after watching last few episodes I had to share my thoughts.
