What Got You Hooked Onto KYM ?

Hi guys, I was just wandering what was the one scene or moment in KYM that piqued your interest or made the show unmissable. What was the moment that stood out that made you a KYM addict for better or for worse and this doesn't necessarily have to be a Michi moment or the first time you set eyes on Neev or Milind. 😊

The first time I saw the show was after Milind and Prachi's wedding there was some ritual going on but Prachi was too busy crying and Premlata was comforting her. I remember Milind lounging back and waiting for her to come back. He didn't look like a evil villain but he didn't seem particularly concerned that his new bride was bawling her eyes out. That definitely caught my interest.

But what got me hooked onto the show was definitely when he bailed her out of jail, my favourite scene still to date. It was funny but also kinda sweet. 😛

For me, it was the Michi magic 😳 😉

The one and only thing/reason/character that got me hooked to Kayamath ...was Shaboo....😳😛😃

In the beginning never liked the show as did not like the lead pair at all of NP......found them to childish....and lacking chemistry...something was missing....

But then saw...My Shaboo darling with Panchi....in Turkey and then ther was no turning back for me......😆

Them in the same frame...got me hooked....😆

And the rest you know....😆

me just saw the promo in the begining and dint like NP jodi i thaught shabbo will suit panchi as jodi but why ektha misjudged in casting jodis ,never saw the serial and i am in kaa forum and i am fedup with shiv ONS and ippy marriage with shiv so just reading the thums up and thums down section and read ayeesha and neev got married and milind re-enterd then only it striked me yippee now shabbo-panchi is the jodi and from that day i hooked to the serial,i had missed milind re-entry episodes but thanks to the archives i watched all the videos.
now i just watch this serial to drool over the golden couple.

The only reason i waited for this show 6 months before it went on air was Shabbo😃 There were speculation at that time on Kayamat being on the lines of Hum Dil de Chuke Sanam and Shabbo will be playing the role of the husband... And Vanraj being my all time fave character... I was super trilled to see Shabbo in a role like that... Though now i am thankful for Milind being Milind, I like him the way he is flawed and difficult yet with a child like exuberance

On the show something which remains with me was Inder searching for Prachi when she got lost in the Ganesh Visargan procession...and when he found her, he promised himself he will never let this daughter go away from his sight. That moment defined what a protective father Inder turned out to be... there was something in Monish's face in that scene that stays on with me.

And more than Milind's entry... I was super impressed by the way Inder introduced Milind to the story. He was some one who gauged Milind very well and very aptly... Milind did go on to conquer heights & hearts just as he had predicted😃 Inder would have been very proud of this guy had he been around...and one person who knew to handle my kadva karela😆 Along with that the Promo which introduced Milind which said 'Kya yeh naya jhonka mod dega Prachi ki jeevan ki dhara?' was very impressive. From the word go... despite NP there was clear indication that this guy will change the tide in his favour or otherwise anytime he wants, anyhow he wants. couldnt make the mistake of ignoring this guy or overlooking him😆

Then the ultimate defining moment was Michi's 1st meeting in Prachi's sangeet. Here were two guys vying for Prachi's attention and here this guy was standing in the corner as if he cared less about the proceedings... and Prachi herself came to him concerned about hurting him😳 And he was the same from the beginning... wont let Prachi talk😕😆

I wasn't interested in KYM initially when I saw NP together.I wanted to watch it for Shabbo but he went missing suddenly and so I stopped watching.Later one day I came to the forum and saw that Neev-Ayesha were married.Then I thought may be this new twist would be interesting and so went ahead and read all the previous updates and started watching it the day MP got married and the rest is history.I primarily got attracted to KYM because of the Mills Prachi chemistry,Milsi's attitude and Shabbo.

That is also one of my favourite movies, certainly the only movie I can stand Aishwarya Rai in (but that's a topic for another day 😆). But I'm glad Milind isn't all serious, noble and mature like Vanraj (also can't imagine Milind & Neev singing and dancing together 😆 ) and has a much more impetuous, reckless side.
