What Got You Hooked Onto KYM ? - Page 4

BC, I didn't realise you edited your post and thought you posted the same thing in 2007😕...really freaked me out!😆.

How did i miss this before😕

I started watching because i was fresh off of Kavyanjali and Nimmo and really wanted to see Ejaz and Anita in another show. So i heard of Ejaz coming in KYM and started watching from the very first epi...i was going to stop watching when Ejaz left. Then to my surprise Anita came too but i still knew i was going to stop watching once Ejaz left. But by that time i has started to like Prachi's character and then....Milind was introduced. And exactly on the day of the Dandiya when Milind and Prachi first came face to face...i knew i was going to continue watching this show because it didn't matter that NP were not meant to be...i knew Milind would be the one to marry Prachi. And i just passed time till Milind re-entered.😳

whaooo... forgot about this post...... welll my reason is still the same....first monish and then michi...

Mine reason...first Iqbal Khan and then Shabir Ahluwalia!! LOL Don't ask me why..Iqbal Khan....LOL

Hooked because of Milind (starting from his re-entry in Turkey onwards) and then booked because of Michi.

I must say Shabbir Ahluwalia got me to this show and hooked me as well.

I randomly found Shabbir on youtube 6 months ago and he made me go on and on watching his videos. I figured out he is playing Milind of Kayamath at present. I actually landed on KYM forum (if you type Kayamath on google, the first link is that of IF's Kayamath forum). Found Michi haven thread and started watching the links people have collected (thank you all). It's mainly Shabbir's portrayal of Milind and the beautiful relationship Michi share that still have me following the story. I must say at the moment as Shabbir is on a break and Michi are not together anymore, I am not watching the show but eagerly waiting for Milind to get back.

The only reason i waited for this show 6 months before it went on air was Shabbo😃 There were speculation at that time on Kayamat being on the lines of Hum Dil de Chuke Sanam and Shabbo will be playing the role of the husband... And Vanraj being my all time fave character... I was super trilled to see Shabbo in a role like that... Though now i am thankful for Milind being Milind, I like him the way he is flawed and difficult yet with a child like exuberance

On the show something which remains with me was Inder searching for Prachi when she got lost in the Ganesh Visargan procession...and when he found her, he promised himself he will never let this daughter go away from his sight. That moment defined what a protective father Inder turned out to be... there was something in Monish's face in that scene that stays on with me.

And more than Milind's entry... I was super impressed by the way Inder introduced Milind to the story. He was some one who gauged Milind very well and very aptly... Milind did go on to conquer heights & hearts just as he had predicted😃 Inder would have been very proud of this guy had he been around...and one person who knew to handle my kadva karela😆 Along with that the Promo which introduced Milind which said 'Kya yeh naya jhonka mod dega Prachi ki jeevan ki dhara?' was very impressive. From the word go... despite NP there was clear indication that this guy will change the tide in his favour or otherwise anytime he wants, anyhow he wants. couldnt make the mistake of ignoring this guy or overlooking him😆

Then the ultimate defining moment was Michi's 1st meeting in Prachi's sangeet. Here were two guys vying for Prachi's attention and here this guy was standing in the corner as if he cared less about the proceedings... and Prachi herself came to him concerned about hurting him😳 And he was the same from the beginning... wont let Prachi talk😕😆

Which is this scene where Inder introduces Milind? I haven't watched it😕. Please someone give me the link or date of the episode..

Got hooked on to the show when I heared Shabbo's booming voice threaten Prachi of excersising his right as her husband on her forcelly (August 9th episode). There was something about his tone which was both intriguing yet frightening. Stayed on to watch whether he actually carried out his threat. Was happy he did'nt and then there was no turning back from Michi. these two are just so irrestible, one like cotton and the other like fire, they are bound to ne combustible and in turn warm our hearts! They may have put us through hell the last three weeks. But one episode was enough to forgive them and the stupid creatives for the torture they put us through. Sorry creatives I take that back. You are not so stupid after all. You just know how to push our buttons and dance to your tunes, both the happy ones as well as the meloncholic ones.
