Wud Divya Bharati had been better in Laadla n Mohra if not died?

Before cumn to d topic, I want to make it very very clear dat I loved Divya Bharati. She was one of d best actress in her time n wud have continued to be best actress if she did not died.

Cumn to d topic, after Divya Bharati tragically died d incomplete movies in which she acted where reshot again by bringing other actors. Divya had 5-6 such incomplete movies including Mohra, Vijaypath, Andolan, Kartavya, Laadla. Laadla was 80% completed wid Divya n wen she died Sri Devi was brought to shoot d movie again. Raveena was brought in Mohra to replace Divya. So my honest question is if Divya was alive wud she have been better as Sheetal in Laadla n Roma in Mohra? Plz, give honest opinions. I did not mean to hurt Divya.

Even I loved her. She was d highest paid actress of dat time. She was most probably one of d busiest actress. She did both South n Bollywood. But she was available in Bollywood only in 1992 n 1993. 2 saal me itne saare movies karna halwa nahi hota hai na.

I can't believe Divya can do grey role like Sheetal wen I saw these videos as most of her movies shown her as a soft spoken but strong heroines. I wished she had never married dat Sajid Nadiadwala. Some say she committed suicide while some says dat some political party killed her for changing her religion to marry a Muslim guy. Some want her case to be reopened. 19 was such a young age to die. I wonder wat wud have been her fans reaction. I was only 9 months dat time.

I absolutely LOVE Divya Bharti. She would have been better in all roles as she was the best of the entire lot back then.

The answer to your question is NO. Divya wasn't ready to do Laadla infact not even mature enough to carry this role. She looked to young to be playing this role which is why it would have been hard to take her series. I'm not saying her acting was bad in that deleted footage but its just that the role didn't suit her. Sridevi's performance was terrific and did the role far better than Divya. Plus, she looked a lot older and mature in this movie. Nobody have couldn't done it better than Sridevi not even Divya. Her performance was powerfull proving why she is one of the best actresses in Bollywood.

Raveena Tandon looked way to sexy in Mohra even though her role wasn't significant. It dosen't really make any difference as to who would have done a better job.

Divya was a decent actress and could have gone a long way.

Divya was in Mohra ? 😲. I did not know that. Usually I am bad at associating songs with movies, I just remember songs. But I loved the Akki Raveena pairing for the songs, 'Tu Cheez' and 'Tip Tip barsa' in Mohra are my faves. Divya Bharati was cute, not sexy and Raveena is still remembered for those two songs. I am confident in saying,Raveena was better.

As for Sridevi, she is a terrific actress so I will pick her over Divya Bharati too. But I will also say Divya herself was a very talented actress and would have been one of the greats had she lived.
