We should ask people who call us intolerant can they show us one developed country or any other developing country where a member of a minority religion rose to the position APJ Kalam rose. Can any other country show us their entertainment industry ruled by people belonging to minority religion. We have SRK, Aamir, Salman and who is not mesmerized by the music of AR Rahman who is called Mozart of Chennai.
In Kerala a minister belonging to minority religion changed the name of the state accommodation from Ganga to Grace. Will he be left alive in any other country.These are the questions we should ask ourselves and to the rest of the world. We have many problems but still I would say India is one of the safest countries in the world. Just because though world calls relations a weakness, that is our greatest strength too.
