Arey nahi Mahesh I'm not one my mom is a surgeon 😃 she says u need to really give your best and stay very focused ...and hard work is the key ...tab jake asan hogi aage jaake...very good choices...aaj kal logon ki motapa kuch jyada hi badhrhi hain ...physical activity kam hoti jaa rhi hain ...iss ke karan hormones utal puthal hote hain 😆 city main toh yeh common hogaya hain...this is a very good choice...and as far as dil ka ilaj karne ke liye bahut dher sara patience chahiye ...10-12 ghante lagte hain ek succesful surgery karne ke liye ...anjaane mai , main doc's se bak bak karne lagi hu iss IF main 😆 meri ek dost hain ishq forum main kitni bak bak karte hai hum 😆 aisa nahi laga pehle ki woh doc hain 😆 good to meet another one from med field 😃

Oh that's great!! 😃 and your mom said right,100% effort and dedication is must needed.Learning is a gradual process,if you move with time,at the end you will reach in perfect and right place and its not only for med field,applicable for every field.Hard work always pays off 😉
Surgeon ke liye PG me MS karna padta hain and medicine ke liye MD.Also that MD,MS depends on PG entrance rank and what one prefer to do because surgery is a art blended with science,It is a creative discipline and requires lots of skill,talent and passion to excel.
And you are right that nowadays there is less physical activity,obesity jyada badhne laga hain 😆

Mahesh Yes very true dedication, discipline kuch jyada hi chahiye med field agar kuch garbad hogaya toh patient gaya 😆 ...helath is wealth, health agar accha se toh sab kuch kar sakte hain...every field has its own risk magar medical field main toh you docs need to be very careful and lawyers and docs deal with life and death...ek weight issue ke karan kitne diseases ate hain saath main yaar 😆 thyroid issue is another very common problem.

No no its fine 😆 you are going to do a great job in the future sab ki bas ki baat nahi hain ...one way I feel if people start looking after their health themselves then docs ke paas bhagne ki zaroorat nahi choti bemari ke liye...aaj kal sardi khansi ke liye bhi jate hain 🤣 they are willing to spend a lot but can't look after themselves 😆 exercise does help one prevent many problems...agar complicated problems ho toh docs ki ilaj bahut zaroorat hain.

The food intake by people is not really good these days, people agar bahar jake khana khayenge toh dher sara khana khate hain...the quality is not guaranteed as well or if its very tasty their is no limit to their intake of food 😆 aur aaj kal stress bhi jyada hain itna stress kuch saal pehle nahi tha 😆 bahut hi jyada badh gaye hain yaar stress levels.

Nahi mujhe laga humare (me and my doc friend )beech kuch common si cheez hain 😆 its like some familiar feeling abb kaise explain karu 😆 tab baad mai pata chala kyun 😆 agar biological words istamal karoge toh gxjwafdjscvksvbkjsgfukwg lagega logon ko 🤣bhai yeh kaunsi bhasha main baat kar rhe ho zaara hume bhi batao 😆 aise kuch lagega 😆 I'm into stock markets 😃 My best wishes are with you 😃 don't disappoint me 😆 be a great doc 😃😆 Meri jyada lambi conversation hain 😆

80% People neglect small things for their health that's why they suffer and you explained it very well.Its the effect of your mother.😆
One thing I would like to say that I wasn't forced to be in this field like many others,its my passion that brought me here.
In the very first I was on top but then I realised that I am going down for my own silly problems.
I took drastic measures. Started giving more times for self study.I take a half a day off on Sundays to see a movie or have a good time with friends.I put my mind here and there to make it stress free and also for my fav show😆.
But sometimes I feel that its me and my books only.I know this is most toughest part of my academic life but its a cathartic experience as well.I found inspiration sitting and studying in room consistently.I found what I truly wanted to do.I rediscoved my love for medicine.Last but not the least I found purpose in my life.
I am a slow reader but I grasp concepts well even the first time.I still consider myself an average student. But what I have is determination and grit to make up for whatever that I lost somehow.
Marks and what others think of you will make you believe that you are not good enough to belong at the top. But that doesn't have to be true. Most important is to find passion in what you do.Only if you have passion will you be working hard enough to achieve what you want to. If you do it like a chore that needs to be done you may never be successful. Being average is no barrier to achievement and success. How much you are willing to work for the things you want is what determines your success.Be optimistic, be hopeful, bring positivity into your life and everything will fall into place

Arey bapre yeh toh motivational post hogaya 😆 ...very well said and yes marks and what others think doesn't define you...in the quest to be always on top people do increase up stress levels ...nowadays there is a cut throat competition ...your self study will help you a lot ...no1 the concentration will be very high..we sometimes you go for combined studies not every person is willing to stay focused and there is always some or the other distraction...when you study for 4-5 hrs at a stretch with short breaks you will be in a flow plus you'll remember well.

Make notes of what you learn...writing helps in remembering things well...never ever fall for others opinion about always remember that...and which angle se you look like an average student 😆 mujhe nahi lagta aisa kuch hain...you are def intelligent 😃 being average is not at all bad in fact I felt average people can do wonders if they are dead dedicated to achieve what they want to...they wont have over confidence plus even if they do fail they will constantly try till they succeed. Keep studying for hours yaar this trick really helped me a lot before and don't forget to write down points to remember it may take time but its very useful...a tip I got from very wise people. Later do let me know which field you have opted for 😆

There shall be bad days and good days but keep trying what you want to achieve and you shall one day 😃 don't lose hope and remember that your positive nature will help people to feel comfortable sharing their problems with ease in future as you are in that field 😆 nahi toh log bolenge yeh kaisa doc hain mai nahi jaane wali 😆 ...your first step is to make patient at ease 😆 its very tough to deal with different patients with different attitudes 😆
