i was watchin some of the old epoiseds and didnt understand the court case thing wid afreen and azaan

can some1 plz explain 2 me wot tht was all about

so what happened was this. When that Asif guy was arrested, the Khan's business and stuff was ruined and in debt I believe.

These men came to Azaan and said that the house and business was going to be auctioned. The only way around it would be for Azaan to fight their case for something. This something was trying to take orphanage property.

Afreen came to know about the orphanage through Azaan's khala. She fought the case for the orphanage to stay there because legally the orphanage could stay there for about 99 years or so. AA were fighting against each other. Azaan won the case, but then he found out that he was being fooled and his clients were frauds who presented fake papers, etc. He got the judge's order to stop his clients from taking the orphanage apart.

Only Saniya & Naz know that this was all Saniya's doing. Azaan's clients were her men. The Khan family dint know about the whole court case business. I believe only Azaan's khala knew that AA were fighting against each other.

The debt and stuff got covered because Qurban showed AA Kabir's insurance papers that he'd left behind for his family under Qurban's custody.
