Nywy I saw u taking diclofenac injections..

They are general pain killeres..

Try trenaxamic acid.. Its particular for this condition.. And even tabs work within 2 minutes..

Well here in India we advice this drug most often.. And trust me when I say this it works within minutes..
I myself take this only..

Its metal spas..
I tried providing u the image but my tab sucks..

Its mefanamic acid with dicyclomine - smooth muscle relaxant.. Uterine muscles are Smooth muscle which contracts under influence of prostaglandins in dysmenorrhea..

So this a smooth muscle relaxant..

Meftal spas is trade name.. May be u can't find it in ur country.. But try to search for constituents..

Dicyclomine is fastest smooth muscle relaxant..
