Haan, I think so too..because Viren ki wifey is asking for proof of Shivanya ke parents ka murder. So the only thing that makes sense is Ritik told everyone Shivu was never the naagin and the culprit. The second naagin tricked them. And Viren told his wife Shivu's truth when he regained consciousness. Even his dad is back apparently.
