I'm watching this show right from it s first episode, was just analyzing the show till now, whether it does have something unique to offer or not.
As expected, it do have something different to offer.
In few lines, it have a realistic approach to the storyline, a patient not wanting to follow the diet chart is the most common as we do have people/parents in our home who are hesitant to follow their diet chart and how much we do worry about them.
Secondly, what I like is the impact of childhood on Dev's character. Although, I do not like his over possessive attitude towards his mother, Iswari but over the time, I have seen the improvement in him to gradually accept things. Not only Dev, but his sister and others do have great impact of bad time on their character.
There are people who are greedy and manipulate others for their own use. Same is the case with Dev's maternal aunt and her son Vicky. Both of them are greedy people hungry for Dev's wealth. Dev gives them chances knowing partially about them but the time is near when he will realize the mistake of trusting them again and again. Although, we do give chances to them who we do love but everything has limit. What I don't like is too predictable and typical dialogs are given to maternal aunt that makes her a complete waste of screen space.
Sonakshi is like a fresh air in Dev's life. But I respect her feelings as Dev should know the boundaries of his behavior. Rejecting the cell phone gifted by Dev was a good way to show him that its Not done. Dev cannot just get over possessive on everything regarding his mother. Let her deal with her as she is her Nutritionist.
Anyway, liking the episodes so far and quite curious to know how the new promo's episode will be like. Everyone's doing a good job as the characters look realistic. Special mentions to Shaheer, Erica and Supriya Ji. Also, show is justifying its title.
