since azaan never confess his luv afreen... i think afreen luv azaan then he luv her.. he only cares for her since she is his bro wife and she is pregnant.. and he knows tat she cares for the family.. i dont think azaan luv afreen. he thinks more like responsibiltiy rather than wife or luver.. he definatley luv sania...and she knows tat she is responsible for azaan and sania separation,.. she shuld backoff rather than living a guilt of life... if u guys think azaan confess his luv to afreen when playing a game.. i dont think so.. i think it was just a game...
