What did you NOT like in the movie Fan IF you watched it already?

SRK is getting appreciated for his performance in Fan by critics and his fans.all his die hard fans on IF are gushing about his performance.but there are some who didn't like it completely.what did it lack?what makes your opinion different from others here?

The ending of course.

The fact that Aryan didn't apologize to Gaurav even though what he did with Gaurav in the beginning was not right.

Gaurav's parents were totally unaware of their son's depression for 1 year.The guy all of a sudden sells his shop,tears and burns Aryan's photos and his parents were like ok with it?

The chase scene was good but not needed.They should have deleted that scene.

These are the only flaws I found in the movie otherwise it was good.

The chasing scenes were dragged to eternity. Some bits were illogical and most importantly the movie was good but not so great or some sort of a masterpiece as it is stated by IF members or by the critics. It was just good and not something mindblowing or wow. It lacked wow factors.

SRK pulled off both the characters very well 👍🏼

But fan for me was disappointing as it neither thrilled me or had much of an impact on me.

Not bashing SRK as an actor here. He did his job fine. He was good as Gaurav and Aryan. However, I felt the film should have established the reason for Gaurav's revenge much stronger. Aryan wasnt evil douche totally for Gaurav to completely hate Aryan and go to such lengths(even up to Aryan house and destroying the study and instilling fear into Aryan wife and kids). Also how did a maamuli(is that you spell it?) aadmi like Gaurav managed to fly to london and the other city(and also back to India), get a fake id as Aryan and still get away with it? Yeah he probably saved money. I didnt know you can save so much in a year! And Aryan has really a stupid team. Pretty sure the real SRK has a great team.

Edit : As said by another member here, I also had issues with the fact Gaurav took down the wall posters and burnt them and he probably didnt behave like a fan of Aryan in that one year and his parents didnt have any clue. Same goes to Neha or any of the people who knew Gaurav. How did none suspected something was amiss??

YRF sometimes goes on to feel granted as if Audience is so dumb that they will accept whatever trash they serve.

They did it earlier also, with RNBDJ, 1 mooch off & we have a new man 😆

Here Film's most imp turning point when Gaurav enacts like Aryan the superstar, that too overseas not in india, where no one could recognize that it is Gaurav... while in India he was doing it for years & no one confused him with real star 😆

I guess Overseas mei Srk film kuch jayda chalti hai toh wahan kuch bhi logic laga do, socha hoga indian audience will accept.....CONTENT Film..... ya sue 👏

Audience have given their thumbs down to Gaurav's intro in teaser, his whole make over didn't go down with audience... they would have even ignored it if he would have more thrilling character like Rahul Mehra of Darr... He tried but failed badly...

Manish Sharma can't bring the same magic in Fan which Yash Chopra brought in Darr... WOM is extremely negative for film, now it's sure Critics might have been bribed this time out of desperation... 😆

Yeah he did. I didnt get that part. How much money he sold it for. The length he went would have cost him way more than the amount he got from selling his shop.
